Production time
- Name-personalised products: 3 to 5 working days.
- Corporate and bulk orders: 7 to 10 working days.
- Rush order within 48 hours: +AED 30 (subject to availability; we confirm after you order).
Production time starts once you approve the design.
Delivery time
1 to 2 working days after production.
Delivery fees
Al Ain: AED 30; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: AED 50. Calculated with VAT at checkout before you pay.
Returns policy
Our products are made specifically for you, with the name and design you approve, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or after the design is approved.
When we remake or refund
- The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
- It differs from the design you approved because of our mistake.
In either case we remake the product at no cost to you, or refund you.
How to report it
- Within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- On WhatsApp, with clear photos of the product and the defect.
Not covered
- Errors in the text or design you approved before production.
- Damage that happens after delivery through use.
