Returns policy

Our products are made specifically for you, with the name and design you approve, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or after the design is approved.

When we remake or refund

• The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
• It differs from the design you approved because of our mistake.

In either case we remake the product at no cost to you, or refund you.

How to report it

• Within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• On WhatsApp, with clear photos of the product and the defect.

Not covered

• Errors in the text or design you approved before production.
• Damage that happens after delivery through use.
