Add products to the cart, then Checkout, and write the personalisation for each item. For custom designs or large quantities, message us on WhatsApp or request a quote.
Can products be personalised with a name or logo?
Yes, most of our products can be personalised with a name or logo.
How much does it cost?
It depends on size, quantity and design. Send us the details and we will send you a clear quote.
When will my order arrive?
Name-personalised products take 3 to 5 working days and corporate or bulk orders 7 to 10, starting once you approve the design, then delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. A 48-hour rush service is available for AED 30, subject to availability.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Delivery fees: Al Ain: AED 30; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: AED 50.
Can I return a product?
Customised products can only be returned if they arrive with a manufacturing defect or our mistake, reported within 48 hours. Details in the returns policy.
How do I track my order?
On the Track your order page with your order number and phone, or with the tracking link shown after ordering.
